  • 2 cups watermelon, chopped and seeded
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple, chopped
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 Tbsp jerk seasoning


  1. In large bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well.
  2. Refrigerate, covered, at least one hour to blend flavors. Stir before serving.
