- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup plain low-fat yogurt
- 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp olive oil

- 1 (19 oz) can chickpeas, drained
Directions
- Put all ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth.
