4 Tablespoons carrot, peeled and coarsly grated
4 Tablespoons alfalfa sprouts, washed and chilled
Directions
Prepare charcoal for gilling or preheat broiler
Gently mix ground turkey with 2 tablespoons of the parsley and pepper in a mixing
bowl
Gently shape into 4 patties, about 1-inch thick
Grill or broil patties approximately 4 inches from the source of the heat, turning
once, 14 to 15 minutes until done in center and internal temperature reaches 165
degrees F
Meanwhile, combine yogurt and remaining 2 tablespoons of parsley in a small bowl,
stirring until blended
Place one lettuce leaf on each roll
Arrange turkey burger on top of lettuce; top
each with a tomato slice, some carrot, alfalfa sprouts and yogurt. Serve at once.
